A two-component epoxy zinc phosphate primer formulated as a protective anti-corrosion primer for industrial metal surfaces. It provides good adhesion and corrosion resistance as part of multi-coat protective systems.

Mixing Ratio: Refer to Technical Data Sheet (TDS)

Suitable Surface: Steel and compatible metal substrates
Surface Preparation: Remove oil, rust, weld residues, dust, and other contaminants; abrasive or mechanical preparation as appropriate
Application Methods: Airless spray, air spray, brush, or roller
Mixing/Thinning: Mix with the specified curing agent at the approved ratio; use recommended epoxy thinner when required
Drying/Recoat: Allow adequate drying before recoating.
