A water-based acrylic primer formulated for exterior masonry surfaces, particularly new and porous substrates. It helps resist alkali migration, improves topcoat adhesion, and provides a suitable base for durable exterior finishes.

Suitable Surface: Exterior cement or concrete walls, plastered brick, GRC, fiber cement, and other porous masonry surfaces
Surface Preparation: Surface should be dry, clean, and free from dust, efflorescence, and loose particles
Application Methods: Brush, roller, or airless spray
Mixing/Thinning: Ready to use; add clean water if required
Drying/Recoat: Allow approximately 2 hours before recoating under normal conditions
