A single-component silicone-based heat-resistant coating system for steel structures and components exposed to high temperatures. Available in customized temperature ratings from 200°C to 800°C, providing heat resistance, good adhesion, and long-term protection for demanding industrial applications.

Suitable Surface: Steel structures and components
Surface Preparation: Sandblast to the recommended preparation grade; power
tool preparation may be used where blasting is not possible. Surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, and rust.
Application Methods: Airless spray, air spray, brush, or roller
Mixing/Thinning: Ready to use; use recommended silicone heat
resistant paint thinner when required
Drying/Recoat: Allow adequate drying between coats; apply the topcoat over the properly prepared primer surface.
