A single-component intumescent coating designed for fire protection of load-bearing steel structures such as trusses and light frames. When exposed to fire, the coating expands and forms an insulating carbonized layer that helps reduce heat transfer to the steel substrate.

Surface Preparation: Remove rust, dust, oil, and other contaminants, followed by application of a compatible anti
rust primer
Application Methods: Brush, roller, or suitable spray application
Mixing/Thinning: Stir thoroughly before use. Use dedicated thinner when required, within the recommended limit.
Drying/Recoat: Allow each coat to dry before applying the next coat; coating thickness and number of coats should follow the required fire
resistance specification.
